I believe that the diagnosis is Propionic Acidemia
I think this because Angelo is suffering from seizures and being lethargic as well as many other factors to the deisese

I think Angelo has MSUD. I think so because he has an odor that smells like maple syrup. Also, he is not feeding well, has a lack of energy and is having seizures. The DNA tests showed a mutation in the BCKDHA gene, which could cause MSUD. Of course, there are other reasons, but I think these are some of the more important ones.
